Refund Policy

You have 10 days from the time you receive your item to request a return under our 10-day return policy.

Your item must be unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging and if certificate of authenticity sticker has been tampered  in order to be eligible for a return. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required.

If your request to return the item was declined it might have been for the following reasons. tag was removed, Item has been worn, no proof of purchase, past the return due or if customer changed there mind. If your request to return the item was accepted we will send you a postage label to send it back to us

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item: •has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it •is unsafe •is significantly different from the sample or description •doesn’t do what we said it would ,or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed. Alternatively ,you can choose to keep the Item and we will compensate you for any drop in value by the Australians consumers law.
